Where We Invest

A Focused Florida
Multifamily Buy Box

We are not trying to buy everywhere or every type of apartment property. Provident focuses on Florida multifamily assets where market fundamentals and property-level execution can support a clear value-add plan.

Market Focus

Florida Is a Market of Markets

We do not assume that every Florida submarket is attractive simply because it is in a growth state. Provident evaluates metropolitan and neighborhood fundamentals independently, including employment, population trends, rent burden, supply, connectivity, insurance and tax environment, property operations and basis relative to comparable assets.

Current geographic focus includes major Florida metros such as South Florida, Tampa Bay, Orlando/Central Florida and Jacksonville/Northeast Florida, together with selected opportunities along the I-4 and I-10 corridors that meet our underwriting standards.
